Visa Consultancy: We provide guidance/document support only and do not guarantee approvals.
Product Sourcing: Supplier outcomes and product quality depend on third parties.
Marketplace Setup: Platform approvals remain at platform discretion.
AML / KYC
We may request identity verification documents and may decline services if required information is not provided.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding and materials belong to Euro Nexus Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Euro Nexus Ltd harmless from losses arising from false information supplied by customers.
Cancellation
Cancellation before work starts may qualify for refunds according to refund policy.

Complaints should be sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Governed by laws of England and Wales. Parties agree to attempt resolution before formal proceedings.
