Trusted by leaders who operate at scale
Euro Nexus didn't hand us a deck — they sat in our war room for fourteen months and helped us rebuild the European footprint from the ground up. The depth of regulatory and capital market knowledge is rare.
We engaged Euro Nexus to structure our entry into three European markets. They delivered clarity where others delivered noise. The capital strategy work alone returned multiples on their fee.
Their cross-border M&A team operated as an extension of our own. The level of rigour, the calibration to our risk appetite, the responsiveness — it set a new benchmark for advisory in our experience.
